One of the most elegant classical dance forms of India and spinning out of a poetic narrative style, Kathak has over time evolved into a graceful and a lyrical journey of love as well as devotional poetry.

Core-oriented, postural and fluid movements combined with Bollywood and hip-hop, mostly for adult groups.

Lyrical dancing is performed to music with lyrics to inspire movements to express strong feelings and emotions the choreographer feels from the lyrics in the chosen song.

Nritya Performing Arts offers Bollywood Zumba and fitness classes for our adult dancers. This is one of the most well-received and highly reviewed Bollywood fitness programs in the Charlotte area to keep you motivated towards staying fit and finesse with fun networking events.

A fun 30 minute creative movement class introducing your toddler, ages 2-4, to the world of dance using playful interactions. Aim is to improve the motor and hand-eye co-ordination skills by making them move their feet, bodies at right positions and have fun with friends.
